SEAT, S.A. (hereinafter, “CUPRA”) will process the personal data by your provided, as well as other personal data that CUPRA may have access through the use of the “Contact us” form for the main purpose of managing your request and contact you to fulfill your specific request, enquiry or claim.

In addition, and only if you have consented it, CUPRA will process your personal data for the marketing purposes activities that will allow us to send you information and special promotions about products or services of CUPRA.

How long do we retain your personal data?

CUPRA will retain your personal data for the time necessary in order to provide you with an answer in regard to your request, while the erasure of your personal data has not been requested by you as well as during the time necessary in order to comply with the legal obligations needed in each case.
