CUPRA BORN POWER THE DRIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Private retail customers who purchase a new CUPRA Born from a participating CUPRA Retailer between 3 October 2023 and 18 December 2023 and take delivery of their new CUPRA Born before 31st December 2023 can receive a £500 prepaid card.

2. Prepaid card issued by GVS Prepaid Ltd, an Electronic Money Institution authorised in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority with Firm Reference 900230, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated.

3. This offer is available on new stock vehicle purchases only.

4. This offer is open to UK residents, aged 18+.

5. Fleet customers (limited companies and other businesses with five or more vehicles) are not eligible to participate in the offer.

6. Internet access and an email address are required to participate in this offer.

7. Offer cannot be claimed retrospectively against previous orders.

8. Available in conjunction with existing finance offers.

9. No cash alternative.

10. Eligible customers will receive an email from support@cupraoffers.co.uk inviting them to claim the prepaid card within 14 days of taking delivery of their new CUPRA Born (the "Email"). Customers must either (a) follow the link in the Email or (b) visit www.cupraoffers.co.uk and complete the online claim form by providing claim ID and claim code within 90 days of receiving the Email. After this time, customers will no longer be able to claim and the offer will expire.

11. Email cannot be shared with third parties.

12. Following the successful claim, the card order will be processed and the card will be despatched to the customer’s home address (as provided in the online form) within 3-5 working days.

13. The following terms apply to the card:

    1. the card standard terms and conditions will apply. Please visit this link for more information;

    2. customers will need to activate their card online within three months of issuance – details will be provided with the card;

    3. balance on the card must be used within 12 months. Any balance held on the card at the end of the valid period will be lost;

    4. if lost or stolen, the card can be re-issued;

    5. you will be responsible for any costs/over above the prepaid amount on the card;

    6. prepaid card can only be used where Mastercard is accepted;.

    7. The card cannot be used for:

       • Obtaining foreign currency

       • Paying off credit card bills, credit agreements, loan agreements or any other such debt instrumentsSubscriptions or automated periodic payments

       • Gambling and adult entertainment

       • Purchasing illegal goods or services

       • Illegal, criminal, or terrorist activity.

       • If you use your card for any of these purposes, we reserve the right to cancel your card, and we are required to report you to the relevant authorities.

14. CUPRA reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this offer at any time.

15. Any Customer personal data provided as part of this offer will comply with CUPRA privacy policy*.

16. CUPRA reserve the right to limit the applicability of any offer to specific customers and may from time to time run different offers with different terms for different customers.

17. CUPRA will provide the card as described in these terms but accepts no responsibility for use of the card.

18. Any personal data relating to any customer will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, as set out in the Privacy Notice and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. Please note that, where you provide any personal information to any third party other than CUPRA during the course of the offer the processing of that information will be dealt with in accordance with that relevant entity’s privacy statement.

19. This offer is promoted and managed by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited trading as CUPRA UK (Company Number 00514809) whose registered office is at Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN.

20. The offer and these terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) will be governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
