CUPRA Raval: Recharged in Shoreditch
One Shoreditch location. More than 1,000 fans. One electric takeover.
London, 14-08-2026 – CUPRA marked the UK arrival of its new urban electric car, the CUPRA Raval, with CUPRA RAVAL: RECHARGED – a one-night-only Shoreditch takeover headlined by global electronic duo Chase & Status and surprise guest Lancey Foux.
CUPRA ambassadors Chase & Status delivered an exclusive drum and bass set ahead of their Reading and Leeds headline appearances. Lancey Foux then joined them on stage for a live performance of “Homework”, turning the night into a one-off cultural moment.
More than 1,000 fans packed the space alongside guests from music, entertainment, fashion, television and digital culture, including Bash the Entertainer, Tallia Storm, Max & Harvey, Theo Campbell and Kadeem Ramsay.
Shoreditch was chosen for a reason. Like Barcelona’s El Raval, the neighbourhood that gives CUPRA’s newest model its name, it thrives on creativity, music, fashion and doing things differently. Two cities. Two neighbourhoods. One disruptive energy.

Designed and developed in Barcelona, the CUPRA Raval combines rebellious design, driver-focused performance and compact electric capability to challenge what an urban EV can be.
The Shoreditch takeover continues CUPRA’s growing connection with music and contemporary culture. It follows the Raval’s global debut in Manchester in April, where Chase & Status headlined the world premiere as CUPRA connected live performances across six European cities, reaching more than 30,000 people.
