CUPRA Goodwood Festival of Speed Passenger Ride Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1. The promoter of this prize draw is CUPRA UK, a trading division of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited ("CUPRA", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to current CUPRA owners aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
2. Employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, CUPRA Retailers, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Entrants must be willing and able to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed on one of the event dates specified by CUPRA.
4. Proof of eligibility may be required.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

3. Promotion Period

1. Entries must be submitted before the closing date and time specified on the competition entry form.
2. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

4. How to Enter

1. To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form and provide:
   • Full name
   • Telephone number
   • Email address
2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or duplicate entries will not be accepted.

5. Prize

1. Winners will receive the opportunity to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed and participate as a passenger in a hill climb run in a CUPRA vehicle.
2. Passenger rides are expected to take place on:
   • Friday 9 July 2026
   • Saturday 10 July 2026
   • Sunday 11 July 2026
3. There will be up to two passenger ride opportunities per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
4. The vehicle used for the passenger ride is expected to be either:
   • CUPRA UrbanRebel; or
   • CUPRA Formentor VZ5.
5. Vehicle allocation is at CUPRA's sole discretion and may change without notice.
6. No cash alternative, transfer or exchange of the prize will be offered.

6. Event Admission

1. Unless expressly stated otherwise by CUPRA, the prize does not include admission to the Goodwood Festival of Speed, travel, accommodation, meals, parking or any other associated expenses.
2. Winners and any guests are responsible for obtaining valid admission tickets and any other permissions required to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed on the relevant date.
3. Failure to obtain valid event admission may result in the winner being unable to participate in the passenger ride experience. In such circumstances, no alternative prize, compensation or reimbursement will be offered.
4. Winners must attend at the time and location specified by CUPRA. Late arrivals may be excluded from participation.
5. CUPRA reserves the right to reallocate any passenger ride slot if a winner fails to attend, arrives late, or does not meet participation requirements.

7. Guest Participation

1. CUPRA may, at its sole discretion, permit a winner to nominate one guest to accompany them and/or participate in the passenger ride experience.
2. Any guest must meet all eligibility, safety and event participation requirements specified by CUPRA.
3. The winner is responsible for ensuring their guest complies with all event rules, safety requirements, instructions from CUPRA representatives and venue regulations.
4. Guests may be required to provide personal details, present identification and sign declarations, waivers or consent forms before participation.
5. CUPRA reserves the right to refuse participation by any guest who does not comply with safety requirements, eligibility requirements or event conditions.
6. Any costs incurred by a guest, including admission, travel, accommodation, food, parking or other expenses, are the responsibility of the winner and/or guest unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Guest participation is not guaranteed and remains subject to vehicle capacity, operational requirements, safety restrictions and availability on the day. CUPRA reserves the right to restrict the passenger ride experience to the winner only.

8. Winner Selection

1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
2. CUPRA's decision in relation to the selection of winners is final.
3. CUPRA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant before awarding a prize.

9. Winner Notification

1. Winners will be contacted using the telephone number provided on their entry form.

2. CUPRA may also contact winners via email if required.

3. If a winner:

   • cannot be contacted;
   • does not answer or respond within a reasonable period;
   • provides incorrect contact details;
   • declines the prize; or
   • is unable to attend,

   CUPRA reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

4. CUPRA shall have no responsibility for incorrect contact information supplied by entrants.

5. Winners must be present at the Goodwood Festival of Speed when contacted by CUPRA. If a winner is unable to present themselves at the designated meeting point within the timeframe specified by CUPRA, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner.

    

10. Event Participation Requirements

1. Participation in the passenger ride experience is subject to all applicable health, safety, insurance and operational requirements.
2. Winners and guests must follow all instructions given by CUPRA representatives, drivers, event organisers and venue staff.
3. Winners and guests may be required to sign additional declarations, waivers, consent forms or safety documentation before participation.
4. Any person who behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate manner may be excluded from the event and/or passenger ride experience without compensation.
5. Participation may be refused where a winner or guest is deemed unable to safely take part in the experience.

11. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

1. CUPRA reserves the right to amend, substitute, postpone, suspend or cancel:

   • the promotion;
   • any prize;
   • the passenger ride experience;
   • the event schedule;
   • the participating vehicle;
   • the number of available prizes; or
   • any other aspect of the promotion,

   at any time and without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

2. CUPRA shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, vehicle availability, technical issues, venue restrictions, safety considerations, regulatory requirements, public health concerns or cancellation of the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

3. No compensation, reimbursement or substitute prize will be payable in the event of cancellation, postponement, modification or withdrawal of the prize.

    

12. Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUPRA accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received for any reason.
2. CUPRA shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Personal Data

1. Personal information submitted as part of this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the competition and winner notification purposes.
2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the CUPRA UK Privacy Policy.
3. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that CUPRA may contact them regarding the administration of the prize draw.

14. Publicity

1. By accepting the prize, winners agree that CUPRA may use their name, image and likeness in reasonable promotional, marketing and publicity materials relating to the promotion and the Goodwood Festival of Speed event, without additional compensation.
2. Winners may be asked to participate in photography or video recording during the event. Participation in such activity may be a condition of taking part in the passenger ride experience.

15. General

1. CUPRA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate the promotion.
2. CUPRA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
3. By entering the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
