By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Prize Draw details:
- a. Event Name: Formula-E London
- b. Event Date/Time: 15/08/2026 – 10:00
- c. Prize: Attendance to Formula-E London with the Electric Lounge hospitality access, 2 pairs of tickets (1 pair per winner)
- d. Prize Draw Open Date: 09/07/2026
- e. Prize Draw Close Date: 12/07/2026
- Open to all individuals who:
- a) are United Kingdom residents;
- b) are over the age of 18 years;
- c) have entered into the draw via the QR code provided on the stand
- Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and compliance with these Terms. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose (including details of the entrant's vehicle registration).
- To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must enter by 23:59 on the Prize Draw close date outlined in the prize details in clause 1e. Entries made after this date will not be valid and will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
- Only one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
- Entries received by the Promoter by 23:59 on the Prize Draw close date (1e) will:
- a) be entered into the Prize Draw;
- b) be eligible to win tickets to the event outlined in the prize details section (1c);
- Entrants can only enter once. The Promoter will not be held responsible if you cannot attend that date.
- The winners will be drawn at random up to one week after the Prize Draw close date (1.e) from all valid and eligible entries received and verified by the Promoter.
- The quantity of tickets in 1.c are available to be won as part of the Prize Draw. The prizes are available to be won but are not guaranteed to be won (e.g. if there is low participation).
- The Prize includes:
- a) Entry to Formula-E London on Saturday 15th August 2026 for 2 people (winner plus guest)
- b) Access Electric Lounge hospitality, which includes; Premium grandstand seat, dockside lounge, all-day inclusive catering and complimentary bar
- c) Also included is a VIP pit-lane walk, this is subject to change.

- The Prize does not include transportation costs to or from the Excel, London, or any meals, drinks, entertainment, spending money, personal insurance or any other costs outside of the Electric Lounge hospitality package. The Prize excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the Prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any personal items or baggage lost or stolen during the course of the event.
- Winners will be notified by email/phone. If a Prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner and in any event if a Prize is unclaimed by 7 days before the event. The Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the Prize as it sees fit (including picking a replacement winner) without any liability to the original winner for having done so. If the Promoter elects to select a replacement winner, then these terms will apply to any replacement winner but they may be given a shorter period of time to claim the Prize.
- Winning entrant may be required to produce a valid form of government issued ID on request by the Promoter.
- The Promoter’s decision is final.
- The use of tickets and entry to the venue is subject to the terms and conditions referenced on the ticket and the conditions of entry on the applicable day. Winner(s) and their guest(s) are responsible for complying with those terms and conditions. The Promoter is not responsible if the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) are refused entry or are ejected from the stadium because they have not complied, or are suspected not to have complied, with the relevant conditions.
- The tickets are not transferable. The winner is responsible for providing the names of event attendees to the Promoter. The attendees may be required to provide a valid form of government issued ID on request at the event.
- As the tickets are not transferable, winners must not seek to sell any ticket or advertise any ticket for sale, including on any digital platform or social media platform. Please note that the unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may be a breach of the ticket terms and conditions and render the tickets invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the Prize from any winner found to be in breach of this term.
- Where the winner and/or the winner’s guest(s) is aged 14 or younger, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (aged 18 or over).
- It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their guest(s) when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
- The winners' names, counties and the Prizes won will (unless a winner has objected on lawful grounds) be made available two (2) months after the closing date of the Prize Draw by emailing the following address: customerservice@cupraofficial.co.uk. Nevertheless, the Promoters may disclose the surnames and counties of the winners to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged online during the promotion. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
- The Prize is non-refundable.
- There is no cash alternative.
- The Promoter reserves its right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
- The Promoter reserves its right (but is not obliged) to substitute any Prize for a prize of equivalent or greater value in the event of circumstances that make this necessary.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion and/or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrants it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
- The winner may be requested to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional or press purposes.
- The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the prize winner and their guests (if applicable) in any future marketing materials, social media and website publications, promotions and/or prize draws.
- If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw you can request withdrawal in writing to the Promoter
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.
- Internet access and email is required.
- Entrants will also need to provide a valid email address and/or contact telephone number (these details shall only be used to contact the winners and such information shall be destroyed by the Promoter after a reasonable period).
- If there is a conflict in the terms conditions to this Prize Draw with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this draw, these conditions will apply.

- The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law and any disputes or claims must be referred to the English courts, save that consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
