1. Find your perfect CUPRA in stock and select the ‘Reserve Online’ button.

2. Provide your details so your CUPRA Retailer can contact you to confirm your reservation and input your billing address.

3. Place your £99 pre-authorisation to reserve your new CUPRA and your CUPRA Retailer will be in touch to take you through the rest.

How does the new car reservation work?

• Find your perfect CUPRA on the new car stock locator and select ‘Reserve online’.

• Provide your contact and billing details.

• We’ll take you through to our secure payment portal so you can place your £99 pre-authorisation.

• Order your reserved vehicle with the Retailer within 7 days.

What happens after I reserve the car online?

• You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been passed to your CUPRA Retailer.

• Your CUPRA Retailer will contact you to confirm if the vehicle you requested is still available and to set up an appointment for ordering the car.

Does the £99 pre-authorisation come off the price of the car?

No, the pre-authorisation does not debit your bank account. The amount is blocked for a period of 7 days. After this period, the credit card pre-authorisation is automatically released.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, please contact your CUPRA Retailer to let them know you wish to cancel your reservation. The credit card pre-authorisation is automatically released after 7 days.
