CUPRA Raval – Terms and Conditions – Pre-Order

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to CUPRA's free 'Harper Collective x CUPRA cabin suitcase' offer (the "Offer").  By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
 

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as CUPRA ("CUPRA"), whose registered office is at Yeoman's Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.

1. The Offer will begin on 20th May 2026 and end on 16th June 2026, subject to availability.
   
   
2. The Offer is open to:
   
   
   • UK residents, aged 18+; private retail customers (excluding contract hire) only.
   • Cash and PCP purchases only.
     
     
3. Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
   
   
4. Fleet customers (limited companies and other businesses with five or more vehicles) are not eligible to participate in the offer.
   
   
5. The Offer is available to the first one hundred (100) eligible customers who pre-order a new CUPRA Raval from a participating CUPRA Retailer on or after 20th May 2026.  The timing of pre-orders will be determined by CUPRA's internal pre-order bank.
   
   
6. There are two types of 'Harper Collective x CUPRA cabin suitcase' available as part of the Offer:
   
   
   • the first fifty (50) eligible customers (i.e. pre-order numbers 1 through 50 (inclusive)) will receive the Harper Collective x CUPRA expandable cabin suitcase;
     and
   • the second fifty (50) eligible customers (i.e. pre-order numbers 51 through 100 (inclusive)) will ‘Harper Collective x CUPRA cabin suitcase'.
     
     Together, the Harper Collective x Cupra cabin suitcase will be referred to as the "Gift(s)" for the purposes of these Terms. 
      
7. There will be one hundred (100) Gifts available but CUPRA makes no guarantee that all will be awarded (e.g. if there is low participation).
   
   
8. If you are one of the first one hundred (100) eligible customers, the applicable Gift will be issued to your home address within twenty eight (28) days of taking delivery of your vehicle.
   
   
9. The Gift specification details are as follows.
   • Hard-shell exterior

   • Side handle
   • Pull ring
   • 4 silent 360° spinner wheels
   • Removable Visetos luggage tag

   • Made in the UK
   • Height 56cm, width 36cm, depth 24cm
   • Expandable version (pre-orders 1 – 50), non-expandable version (pre-orders 51 – 100)
      
10. To receive the Gift you must:
    • pre-order a new CUPRA Raval from a participating retailer (the "CUPRA Retailer").  This includes providing a £500 (incl. VAT) refundable deposit to the CUPRA Retailer;
    • complete the purchase of your CUPRA Raval vehicle by 30 September 2026; and
    • take delivery of your vehicle by 31^st December 2026.
       
11. If you cancel the pre-order/order for your vehicle (and the deposit is returned), you do not complete the purchase by 30 September 2026 or you do not take delivery of the vehicle by 31 December 2026, you will not be eligible for the Gift and CUPRA reserves the right to award the Gift to an alternate purchaser.
    
    
12. If you return your vehicle, you will be required to return the Gift.
    
    
13. The Offer cannot be redeemed after purchase.
    
    
14. There is a maximum of one (1) Gift per person or per household.
    
    
15. The Offer can be used in conjunction with other offers.
    
    
16. The Offer is not available retrospectively. Please speak to your CUPRA Retailer for more information.
    
    
17. Gifts are non-refundable and there is no cash or other alternative to the Gift.
    
    
18. CUPRA reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
    
    
19. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
    
    
20. The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.  Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.  Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.

1. The Offer will begin on 20^th May 2026;
   1. The V2 Launch Edition Trim is subject to stock, 1,000 units available,  and
   2. The Metallic paint offer ends on 31^st August 2026,
      ((1.1) and (1.2) each an "Offer Period").
       
2. The Offer is open to all UK customers (Retail, Fleet (limited companies and other businesses with five or more vehicles), Contract Hire and Motability), aged 18+.
   
   
3. Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
   
   
4. The first 1,000 customers who order a CUPRA Raval ‘V2 Launch Edition’ trim from a participating CUPRA retailer will receive additional specification worth up to £1,500 RRP at no extra cost. When compared to the CUPRA Raval ‘V2’ trim, which has the same RRP, this additional specification includes:
   • 19” ‘VANDAL’ alloy wheels (up to £90 RRP)
   • DRIVE Pack (up to £615 RRP)
   • MATRIX LED Headlights (up to £795 RRP)[KV1] 
      
5. All customers who order a new CUPRA Raval (excluding 37kWh battery derivatives) from a participating CUPRA Retailer by 31/08/2026 will receive free standard metallic paint (Magnetic Tech Grey, Midnight Black or Glacial White) worth up to £695 RRP. If ordering a premium metallic or matte paint finish, a price reduction of up to £695 RRP will apply (Plasma Iridescent, Manganese Green or Century Bronze). If selecting any free paint option (Fiord Blue), discount will not apply.
   
   
6. To receive either or both incentives (the extra specification and/or the discount on selected paint options), you must:
   • order a new CUPRA Raval from a participating retailer (the "CUPRA Retailer") during the applicable Offer Period;
   • complete the purchase of your CUPRA Raval vehicle by 30^th September 2026; and
   • take delivery of your vehicle by 31^st December 2026.
      
7. If you cancel the order for your vehicle (and the deposit is returned), you do not complete the purchase by 30 September 2026 or you do not take delivery of the vehicle by 31 December 2026, you will forfeit your right to the incentive.  Your vehicle will be returned to stock and you will receive a refund on your deposit.
   
   
8. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the time of order.
   
   
9. There is a maximum of one (1) incentivised vehicle per person and per household.
   
   
10. The Offer can be used in conjunction with other offers.
    
    
11. The Offer is not available retrospectively or in respect of orders outside of the applicable Offer Period. Please speak to your CUPRA Retailer for more information.
    
    
12. Incentives are non-refundable and there is no cash or other alternative.
    
    
13. CUPRA reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
