Activating the connectivity of your new CUPRA Born is a quick and easy process that can be done in a matter of minutes. Simply create a CUPRA ID account via the My CUPRA app, log in and enrol your vehicle to your garage and enhance your car’s connectivity features.
If your CUPRA Born vehicle have a Media System, it is included a 3-Years Free Trial of CUPRA CONNECT for Media System full service clusters: Safety & Service and Remote Access.
After the 3-Years of Free Trial you will enjoy the Freemium package which includes Safety and Service portfolio. If you want to keep enjoying Remote Access you will need to renew, paying the subscription fee.
If your CUPRA Born vehicle have a Navi System, it is included a 3-Years Free Trial of CUPRA CONNECT for Navi System full service clusters: Safety & Service, Remote Access and Online infotainment.

The use of CUPRA CONNECT (“Services”) requires a separate online contract with SEAT, S.A.. The emergency call is already activated from delivery without registration.
Availability of Services may differ in each country as well as on the vehicle model, model year and equipment of the Vehicle. The Services can be operated only by using available public communication technologies. Please note that due to development of these technologies, especially mobile networks, SEAT, S.A. cannot guarantee consistent availability in all countries for the duration of Services. Possible changes in technology may cause permanent unavailability of them.
When using the Services also a data connection between the Customer’s device (smartphone, tablet, PC etc.) and the Data Server is necessary. This data connection is not included in the Services.
